What can a sub-tenant control independently from the parent account? +

How does billing work across multiple tenants? +
Credits live at the parent account level by default — one balance, one Stripe subscription, used across all sub-tenants. If a franchise model needs sub-tenants billed separately, each can have its own Stripe-linked subscription.
Can I white-label the platform for clients? +
Yes — for customer-facing assets (PDF reports, emails, signing pages). The admin platform itself remains under the vehReports brand. For full white-label including admin UI, contact us about a custom arrangement.
Is this the same as multi-company or multi-depot? +
It's the same mechanism, applied at different levels. A franchise group uses sub-tenants for each franchise. A multi-depot operator uses them for each depot. A reseller uses them for each client. The pattern works for all three.
Who can see customer data across tenants? +
Parent-account admins can see all sub-tenant data. Sub-tenant users only see their own tenant's data — no cross-tenant leakage. Role-based permissions within a sub-tenant control further what each user can do.
